Returns and complaints — StockBoxx policy

Right of Withdrawal Information

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the receipt of the order.

Please note that we will not accept returns on individual items from the Boxx - the full set must be returned to qualify for a refund. The returned products cannot be worn, altered or otherwise used.

Return shipments must include the return form and be sent to the address below:

Please add the annotation "Stockboxx.shop - return".

The return shipping cost is covered by the customer. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or for compensation of items lost or damaged in return shipping.

A refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please provide us with your bank account details to have the refund deposited directly into your bank account.

ATTENTION - If the returned boxx is not of full value, has missing contents and the goods are disguised then the consignment will not be accepted into stock and will be returned to the sender.

We do not accept complaints about single items of products received. If the goods do not fulfil your expectations, it is possible to return the entire boxx in accordance with the regulations described above.
